The Success To become a KEY Brand in your Sector.

Any start-up takes shape with an idea in the believers' mind who wishes to stir the market with his/her uniqueness but to sail smoothly against the currents and to stay in the game for long successfully requires strength and clarity that’s not everyone’s cuppa, so to say. In this article, I’ll share what’s the foundation and define success in a broader term.

The foundation of any startup is

  1. The core product or service (R&D)

  2. Compliance & Accounts

  3. Sales & Marketing

  4. HR & Employees

  5. Customers & Customer Services

Do we agree that these 5 pillars mentioned above are integral to each other and the success of any business depends on the effective integration between these pillars? How effective and efficiently these departments communicate with each other or act fast to solve problems or provide solutions decides the success of that business. Now, do we agree that the success of any business should not be measured just by “breaking even” against investment minus sales..( total cost equals total revenues) or just making profits (Revenues/GP minus all expenses) but much more than that? It’s the happiness of employees who believe in your vision (Success here is the retention rate of happy and smart employees.)It’s the customers/ clients who want to be loyal to you for what you offer because it’s the best product or service. Success here is customer loyalty. It’s the service after sales, how well you nurture your clients post their purchase or buy. Success here is Free marketing for you, positive word of mouth. It’s is the happiness (smooth cash flow) of the risk-taker, the leader who took debts or probably invested everything he or she had to add value to people's lives whether it’s employees or customers. Believe me, smooth cash flow is the biggest success in any business. Now tell me do you have a system or a meter in place to check the health of all your verticals separately and together?? That is where policies and procedures or customer-feedback, employee surveys, and general Surveys play a vital role. If all this is in place, then comes working hard and smart day in and day out towards the goal with sheer excellence and excitement. Everyone in the organisation needs to be on the same page with the leader’s vision and mission.No one can deny success to such an organisation who strives for excellence, persevere besides setbacks, keep going step by step. it’s a continuous long journey!! Keep serving, Keep getting better, become a brand by doing what you do !! In my next article, I’ll share insights on Product or Service (Research and Development.)
